Based on that: If you entered ihram for ‘umrah and had formed the intention to do the rituals after crossing this distance, and the like, then there is no blame on you, in sha Allah, and your ‘umrah is valid. It does not seem that you have to do anything.

The people of Makkah must go outside the boundary of the Haram zone to enter ihram if they want to do `umrah. It is not permissible for you to pass the miqat without entering ihram. As you did not enter ihram from the miqat, you have to offer a sheep and its meat is to be distributed to the poor there.
