There is nothing wrong with repeating `Umrah. The Prophet encouraged us to do `Umrah and he did not define the time period that should elapse between two `Umrahs.

At the Miqat of `Umrah, it is Sunnah to recite Tasbih, Tahlil, and Takbir. On the way to Makkah, it is Sunnah to recite the Talbiyah a great deal. During Tawaf, every time you come in line with the Black Stone in each circuit, say, “Allahu akbar.” Before climbing up As-Safa and when atop it, you should recite: “Verily, As-Safa and Al-Marwah are of the Symbols of Allah” then say: ‘I begin with that with which Allah began’. When climbing Al-Marwah, you should do the same as you did when climbing As-Safa, without reciting the verse before starting to climb.

There is nothing wrong with delaying Sa`i after Tawaf, although it is better to do Sa`i straight after Tawaf.

It is not permissible to do a voluntary Sa`i, because Sa`i is only prescribed as part of the rituals of Hajj or `Umrah.

It is permissible for the pilgrim, man or woman, who is doing Hajj or `Umrah to cut his or her own hair when exiting Ihram following Hajj or `Umrah, and it is also permissible for him or her to cut the hair of another person who wants to exit Ihram.

The pilgrim comes in line with the Black Stone at the end of the seventh circuit of Tawaf. So it is Sunnah for him to say Takbir as it is Sunnah for him to do so at the beginning of each circuit, when he comes in line with it, following the example of the Messenger of Allah.

Exiting Ihram of Hajj, for both men and women, comes after stoning Jamrat Al-`Aqabah and shaving the head or cutting the hair for men, but women have no option but cutting the hair. Exiting Ihram of `Umrah, for both men and women, comes after finishing their Tawaf and Sa`i, and shaving the head or cutting the hair for men, but women have no option but cutting the hair and not shaving.

Stoning the Jamarat is one of the obligatory rituals of Hajj which is clearly mentioned in the Sunnah.

If you start Sa`i from Al-Marwah, the first lap should not be counted because you have gone against the command to start the Sa`i from As-Safa.

If someone performs Sa`i before offering Tawaf, he does not have to repeat his Sa`i. A man asked the Prophet about performing Sa`i before Tawaf, and the Prophet replied, “There is no sin.”
