Issues of Pilgrimage
Should he do more tawaaf or more prayers in al-Masjid al-Haraam?
A pilgrim came down from ‘Arafah and did tawaaf al-ifaadah, and he did not go to Muzdalifah, or he went to it after doing tawaaf
Is it better for him to do Hajj on behalf of his parents or to contribute to the building of a mosque?
How can someone who is non-verbal recite the Talbiyah for Hajj?
He entered ihram with an ambiguous intention and on behalf of an unspecified individual, then he specified that individual. Is that valid?
He intended to do Hajj for himself, then he decided to change his intention and do it on behalf of a relative of his. Is it permissible for him to do that?
Is it permissible to rent an apartment to two Christian women, with whom there is a Christian man who is not related to them?
He did ‘umrah several times but did not do sa‘i, then he got married
Can You Do Tawaf on Your Period?
The menstruating woman is not allowed to do tawaf and she should remain in Makkah until she becomes pure; if she leaves, then she must come back and do tawaf. Ibn Taymiyyah views that if a woman gets her menses and cannot remain in Makkah or come back to it if she leaves before doing tawaf, then either she may have an injection to stop the bleeding, and then do tawaf; or she may put on a sanitary pad to prevent the blood contaminating the mosque, and do tawaf, as this is a case of necessity. If the pilgrim who is doing tamattu‘ does not fast the three days until he leaves Makkah
