-It is recommended for the Muslim to end any gathering with this Du`a: “Subhanaka Allahumma wa bi hamdika, la ilaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk” whether it is a gathering to read the Quran or to offer a prayer, or he sat with his friends, or with his family members, or to reconcile between people. -There is no proven Du`a specifically for completing the Quran, neither this Du`a nor any other.

Offering Tarawih prayer in congregation is something that is established by the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
