Authorizing the Poor to Purchase Zakat Al-Fitr and Taking Possession For Himself

Ruling on giving zakat al-fitr in the form of cooked rice

To whom should zakat al-fitr be paid?

If he cannot afford to give zakaah al-fitr on behalf of the entire family, then on whose behalf should he give it?

Ruling on a man giving the zakah of his wealth or zakat al-fitr or money given in expiation to his married daughter who is in need

His father did not give zakat al-fitr on his behalf for several years; should he give it on his own behalf, and is it permissible to give it to one poor person only?
