It is recommended for the one who is late for the congregational prayer to come to the mosque in a calm and dignified manner. The one who was late for the prayer is not regarded as having caught up with the prayer in congregation unless he caught up with at least one Rak`ah of the prayer.

There is nothing in the Hadith to indicate that it is recommended to do Wudu for every Sunnah prayer. The Hadith of Bilal indicates that it is recommended to persist in doing Wudu, and that it is recommended to offer a prayer immediately after doing Wudu.

Ghusl is not required in the following cases: 1- every time one is going to meet people – it is encouraged to do Ghusl beforehand, 2- when undergoing any physical change, 3- for some acts of worship, such as doing Ghusl when entering Ihram.

The correct way of lending money in Islam is: 1- To specify the period of the loan. 2- Writing down the loan. 3- If the one who writes down the loan is a person other than the debtor, then the debtor is the one who should dictate to him the details of the loan. 4- If the debtor is unable to dictate because of sickness or some other reason, then the one who should dictate on his behalf is his guardian. 5- The loan should be witnessed, and the witnesses should be two men, or one man and two women. 6- The lender has the right to ask the borrower to guarantee the loan with a pledge which the lender will keep.

Prophet Muhammad’s advice on business: 1- He used to enjoin traders to be righteous and honest and to give charity. 2- He used to enjoin people to be tolerant and easy-going in buying and selling. 3- He used to give people their rights and urge others to do likewise. 4- He used to urge people to let a buyer cancel the transaction if he regrets it. 5- He used to bargain with people when buying, but he would not go so far as to undermine the real value of the item 6- He used to urge people to give a little more when weighing. 7- He used to enjoin people to give more time for a debtor who is in financial difficulty, or to waive the debt. 8- He forbade transactions involving Riba and transactions involving ambiguity.

The most important difference between cooperative insurance and commercial insurance is that the money deducted for cooperative insurance is not owned by the committee that is administering the fund; rather it remains a donation that is to be spent on whoever meets the conditions. In contrast, the administrators of commercial health insurance funds have ownership of the subscriptions and deductibles paid by the subscribers, and that is included in their personal accounts, in return for the administration committee being committed to treat anyone who meets the conditions.

Some virtues of Makkah and Madinah: 1. The best spot on earth, in and of itself, is Makkah, then Madinah. 2. One prayer in Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah is better than one hundred thousand prayers offered in any other mosque. 3. Makkah is unique in that it is the place where Hajj and `Umrah. 4. Allah, may He be Exalted, swears by Makkah. 5. Allah, may He be Exalted, decreed Makkah to be a sanctuary the day He created the heavens and the earth. 6. Madinah is the location of Hijrah. 7. In Madinah, most of the verses on rulings and laws were revealed. 8. In Madinah there is the Prophet’s Mosque and the blessed Rawdah.
