Religious commitment is the first and foremost aim, and other characteristics such as beauty, wealth, high position and good lineage and so on are secondary matters. They are not blameworthy in and of themselves, but they are not the basic aims, rather they are complementary qualities. If they are present, then that is ideal, otherwise religious commitment is the basis of all goodness.

1- You can say this Du`a to pay off our debts: “Allahumma ikfini bi halalika `an haramika wa aghnini bi fadlika `amman siwaka.” 2- One of the most beneficial means of attaining provision is praying a great deal for forgiveness.

Prophet Muhammad’s sleep routine: • He used to sleep sometimes on a mattress, sometimes on a leather mat, sometimes on a mat made of palm leaves, sometimes on the floor, sometimes on a bed, sometimes on the sand, and sometimes on a black cloak. • When he went to bed to sleep, he would say: “Allahumma bismika ahya wa amut.” • He used to sleep on his right side, putting his right hand under his right cheek. • When he woke up from sleep he would say: “Al-hamdu Lillah alladhi ahyana ba’d ma amatana wa ilayhi Al-nushur. • He used to sleep during the first part of the night and get up to pray during the last part. • His sleep was of the best length and it was the most beneficial of sleep. The doctors say that it is one-third of the night and day, namely eight hours.

How to increase provision (Rizq) in Islam: 1. Istighfar (praying for forgiveness) 2. Upholding ties of kinship 3. Giving a great deal of charity 4. Being mindful of Allah and fearing Him 5. Performing Hajj and `Umrah often, following one with the other 6. Du`a (supplication)

How to achieve sincerity in your deeds 1. Don’t do a deed so that other people can see you or hear about you. 2. Don’t focus too much on people’s praise or criticism. 3. Conceal your good deeds. 4. Be keen to avoid situations where you could become prominent and famous. 5. Don’t increase your good deeds and make them look good when people are around you. 6. Always think of yourself as falling short. 7. You should supplicate a great deal for forgiveness after doing the deed. 8. Rejoice when Allah enables you to do righteous deeds.

A false oath may be expiated by sincere repentance. There is no sin for which repentance cannot be accepted, for Allah has opened the door of repentance to every sinner.

You can recite these Du`as to remove anxiety and stress: 1- Allahumma inni `abduka wa ibn `abdika wa ibn amatika, nasiyati bi yadika, madin fiyya hukmuka, `adlun fiyya qada’uka, as’aluka bi kulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsaka aw anzaltahu fi kitabika aw `allamtahu ahadan min khalqika aw ista’tharta bihi fi `ilm il-ghaybi `andak an taj`ala Al-Qur’ana rabi` qalbi wa nur sadri wa jala’a huzni wa dhahaba hammi. 2- Allahumma rahmataka arju fa la takilni ila nafsi tarfat `ayn wa aslih li sha’ni kullahu la ilaha illa anta. 3- La ilaha ill-Allah Al-`Athim ul-Halim, La ilaha ill-Allah Rabb il-`arsh il-`athim, La ilaha ill-Allah Rabb is-samawati wa Rabb il-ard wa Rabb il-`arsh il-karim.

In countries where free mixing between men and women is widespread, a concession may be granted allowing the Muslims to study, teach, and work in mixed environments if they adhere to the Islamic rulings such as lowering the gaze, and not talking and engaging in conversation more than is necessary for the purpose of work or study.

If all four requirements of knowing one’s faults are met and balanced, then a good attitude is acquired, the characteristics of which are: strong knowledge, control of anger, control of desire, and a proper balance between these three aspects.

Loving Allah alone is insufficient to earn Allah's reward and for salvation. Loving what Allah loves is a means to enter Islam and leave disbelief, and those most devoted to this love are most beloved to Allah. Love for the sake of Allah is essential and interconnected with loving what Allah loves. Loving that which Allah loves cannot be complete until one also loves for the sake of Allah.
