The one who committed Zina (fornication or adultery) during the day in Ramadan has to, along with repenting, make up that day’s fast and offer the severe expiation, which is to free a slave; if she cannot do that, then she must fast for two consecutive months; and if she cannot do that, she must feed sixty poor persons.

The conditions of sincere repentance are: 1- Giving up the sin; 2- Regretting what has happened in the past; 3- Resolving not to go back to it; 4- Seeking forgiveness from the one who was wronged, or giving him his rights.

The Quran and Sunnah indicate that Allah forgives all sins no matter how great or how many, for the one who repents to Him.

The Hadiths clearly state that even if the sin is repeated a hundred times or a thousand times or more, and one sincerely repents each time, Allah will accept his repentance and his sin will be erased.
