If you can prevent them from doing that, then do so; if you have any authority over them then stop them. No one should touch the Mushaf except a Muslim. But if you do not have any authority, then do not try to stop them and it will not harm you. The sin is on the state that allowed them to do that. End quote.

Some kaafirs work in the printing press that produces Mushafs, and they touch the Mushaf. What is the ruling on that, when other workers are available?.
