Why Must We Love the Prophet Muhammad?
Muslims love Prophet Muhammad the most for the following reasons: • Allah has commanded us to obey the Prophet. • Allah has told us that obedience to the Prophet is obedience to Him. • Allah has warned us against failing to obey Prophet Muhammad. • The Muslim’s faith cannot be complete unless he loves the Prophet and until the Prophet is dearer to him than his father, his son, his own self and all the people.SaveWhy Do We Need Prophets?

1. The Prophets are the best of mankind and the most noble of creation before Allah. The Prophets were infallible in conveying the message from Allah. They did not conceal anything that Allah had revealed to them, and they did not add anything from themselves. 2. With regard to the Prophets as people, they may make mistakes. At times of tribulation and hardship, you can say these supplications: • “Allahumma inna naj`aluka fi nuhoorihim wa na`udhu bika min shururihim.” • “La ilaha ill-Allah Al-`Athim Al-Halim, la ilaha ill-Allah Rabb Al-`Arsh Al-`Athim, la ilaha ill-Allah Rabb ul-samawati wa Rabb ul-ard wa Rabbul-`Arsh il-karim.” • “La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu min ath-thalimin.” • “A’udhu bi kalimat-illah il-tammati min ghadabihi wa min sharri `ibadihi wa min hamazat ash-shayatini wa an yahdurun.’ • “Allahumma rahmataka arju fala takilni ila nafsi tarfat `ayn wa aslih li sha’ni kullahu la ilaha illa anta.”Save
