Here are some Hajj rules for women: 1- It is not permissible to travel for Hajj without a mahram; 2- A woman may enter ihram in whatever clothes she likes; 3- it is haram for women in ihram to put on any kind of perfume.

1- Kissing the Black Stone during tawaf is one of the established Sunnahs of tawaf for both men and women without pushing and shoving or annoying anyone else. 2- If it is possible for a woman to kiss the Black Stone without pushing and shoving, it is not permissible to her to uncover her face whilst doing so, because of the presence of men who are not mahrams for her in that place.

It is permissible for a woman to enter Ihram with bangles or rings of gold on her hands. However, it is prescribed for her to conceal that from non-Mahram men, to avoid temptation.

It is permissible for a woman to do Hajj on behalf of her father, even if she has brothers who are grown up. Both men and women can act as deputies on behalf of others.
