Matters that break the fast only break it when three conditions are met: 1. Knowing the ruling 2. Not forgetting that one is fasting 3. Doing it with free will.

Being given medicine via injection does not break the fast, whether it is intramuscular or intravenous, so long as the injected substance does not provide nutrition.

1- It is haram for a man to touch, hug, or kiss a girl who is not his mahram whether he is fasting or not. 2- If semen (maniy) is emitted because touching, hugging or kissing a non-mahram girl, then the fast is invalidated and one must make up that day. If no semen was emitted, then the fast is still valid.

There is nothing in Islam to suggest that it is not allowed to get married during the month of Ramadan because it is Ramadan, or in any other month. Rather marriage is permitted on any day of the year. If there is the fear that one may not be able to control his sexual desire, he should delay his marriage until just after Ramadan.

If a fasting person eats or drinks in Ramadan or a voluntary fast out of forgetfulness, then his fast is complete and he does not have to make it up.

You may engage in foreplay with your wife while fasting, kiss her, embrace her and touch her, if you are certain that you will not ejaculate or have intercourse. If you engage in foreplay with your wife until you ejaculate, you have committed a grave sin. By doing so, you invalidated your fast and you have to offer expiation.
