When the sun has set, it becomes permissible for the fasting person to break the fast, whether the muadhdhin has given the adhan or not. What counts is the setting of the sun.

There is nothing wrong with wearing a sling to carry a baby whilst in ihram, because that is not the kind of clothing which is described in the texts as being forbidden when in ihram, nor is it like such clothing.

It is not permissible for a woman to lead a man in prayer and his prayer offered behind her is not valid, because of a great deal of evidence to that effect, and the man must repeat his prayer.

It is narrated that Prophet Muhammad forbade facing towards the Qiblah or turning one’s back to it when relieving oneself. So long as you are still at the building stage, it will be more on the safe side if you build the toilets so that when relieving oneself one is not facing the Qiblah or turning one’s back to it, so as to avoid a matter concerning which the scholars differed.
