He wants to set up a waqf for Muslims who do not have children

Is it valid to set up a waqf for those deceased Muslims who do not have children?.

Answer

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. To proceed:

If your intention is to give the reward for this waqf to Muslims who have passed away and have no children, there is nothing wrong with that.
