What is the ruling if he sells a company which owes money to others?

What is the position on debts which are owed by a company when it is sold?

Answer

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. To proceed:

The debts are not included in the sale contract, and they are still owed by the original borrowers.
