Ruling on pilgrim in ihram using perfumed soap

What is the ruling on using perfumed soap at the time of ihram?.

Answer

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. To proceed:

There is nothing wrong with it, because this fragrance is not perfume and it is not used as perfume; rather it is only used in order to make the soap smell good. End quote.
