Is it permissible for the muhrim to drink coffee that contains saffron?.

Answer

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. To proceed:

If the smell of saffron remains, it is not permissible for the muhrim to use it, because saffron is a kind of perfume. But if the smell has disappeared as a result of cooking, then there is nothing wrong with it. End quote.
