The correct scholarly view is that doing Ghusl after washing the deceased is recommended, but it is not obligatory. With regard to washing the clothes, there is no basis for doing so in the Sunnah, and it is neither obligatory nor recommended.

It is permissible for a person to take a shower naked because this was reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

Washing the hair when doing ghusl (full ablution) after having intercourse is obligatory. This ruling does not differentiate between men and women.
