Can a woman tie a cover over her face when in ihram?

Can a woman tie a cover over her face, or put a cover on her head without tying it, because during tawaf and sa‘i, it is not easy to see clearly if we lower the jilbab over our faces?

Praise be to Allah, and blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. To proceed:

There is nothing wrong with tying a cover over the face, if it is not possible to do it except by tying it, whether one is in ihram or otherwise.
